Our story

Three generations.
One oven.

In 1987, Salvatore Greco carried a single wood-fired oven recipe from the backstreets of Naples to this city. His hands shaped dough the same way every morning. no timers, no machines, no shortcuts. Today his granddaughter tends that same oven, still fired with cherry and oak, still reaching 485 °C before the first pizza goes in.
